Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas morning and Nathan LOVED opening up his presents from Santa.

We even got to spend some time with Nannie on Christmas Day.
Then we enjoyed a major snowstorm the day after Christmas. This is the first time he was able to run around in the snow without our help.

Thanksgiving - Yum, Yum, Yum!

We traveled to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving. We had a great time eating, drinking, and seeing the Pens win. Here are our pics.

Trip to SC

Every weekend is filled with super fun activities for us. We just got back from South Carolina today where we visited Aunt Merida, Uncle Doug, and Kaitlyn. We had a blast visiting the aquarium, going to parks, eating/drinking, and just catching up. Nathan really enjoyed spending time with everyone, especially their dog Hobbes.

Roaming Gnome

As usual, we are busy with fall activities. Last weekend, we traveled to Cornell to celebrate a decade of being together. Cornell is beautiful in the fall and we took advantage of the great fall weather by walking around the campus.

This weekend was the annual neighborhood Fall Festival. It had everything children love...a halloween parade, a firetruck, games, prizes, and snacks. Nathan even won "Cutest Costume."

Visit From Grammy & Swim Lessons!

Grammy came to visit us again this weekend. She was able to join us for Nathan's second set of swim lessons and since I decided not to swim this week, I was able to act as a photographer while Nathan was practicing. I am lucky!

I was reminded today just how lucky I am in life. I really couldn't ask for anything more than the love I receive from my amazing husband and son. I have my health, a great job, a roof over my head, and wonderful parents.

Elmo, Elmo, Elmo!!!

I know its been a while since I've blogged, but its because we have been busy watching Elmo. Nathan has a mini-addiction to Elmo, Grover and the rest of the Sesame Street crew and Randy and I have all the songs from the Elmo DVD memorized. We were lucky that this weekend was Sesame Street Live weekend in Philadelphia. Elmo's Healthy Heroes was a great show and Nathan absolutely loved it. He sat perfectly still the entire time and didn't miss a moment of the action.
