"I Saw the Fishes"

Nathan has made us super proud again. This time it was showing off how smart he is. We have been practicing writing letters with him. Up until now, I hold the crayon in his hand and write his name in big capital letters. Then he tries to mimic it by scribbling all over the page. Well, yesterday morning while I was making breakfast, he yelled for me to come see his letter "A". I of course run in, expecting to see a scribble, and this is what I found.

I was so proud, I just had to take a picture with him next to it.

Then, later in the day, we went to the Adventure Aquarium on the NJ Waterfront. Nathan is the perfect age to enjoy seeing all the different types of sea life. He has been talking about it nonstop since we got home.

Here are the 2 hippos that are on display at the aquarium. Being 6 months pregnant, I feel like one of them...

Who can resist one of these cheesy photo ops?

So update on Baby Boy #2 - He is a mover and a shaker already. At 27 weeks, he is very active. The books tell me he is the size of a head of cauliflower. Looking at my belly - I can believe it. We still don't have a name picked out yet. We're hoping something will "come to us" in the next few weeks.
